Panfilia is a fairly unknown term, but Wikipedia describes it as follows: Panphilia comes from the Greek pan, meaning "all". Panphilia is sometimes described as the ability to love a person regardless of gender. Some panphiliacs believe that gender has no meaning for them but that they are attracted to others on a deeper level: it is human or personality-oriented.

God created us with two genders so that the sexual union would be between man and woman. In the biblical sense, sex and marriage are about two genders, two different genders, becoming a couple. Otherwise, you can, of course, have many different relationships, friendships, and connections, but sexual relationships only have this framework if you want to follow the Bible's rules.
