Regret having sex

Hi,

When you regret doing something then you need to make it right and give yourself a new start. If you are a Christian you need to ask God for forgiveness and ask Him to break the bond that has been made between you and the person you had sex with. It’s also important that you forgive yourself and give yourself a new start, so you can see yourself as forgiven and pure, and then you can set new limits so that it doesn’t happen again. See John 8:11.
