Wait for marriage to have sex
Hi!
It’s great to hear that you’ve decided to wait until marriage before you have sex. We believe that is a good choice, as the Bible says.
In terms of where the boundaries lie, we don’t have a correct answer for that, but we will give you some advice that we hope will be helpful. Lying in the same bed and kissing and cuddling is not sin in itself. However, it can very quickly lead to more.
These things are on the borders of being sexual, and they awaken very strong feelings in us. You just want to be nearer the other person, and that desire will grow stronger as long as you are together. It can be very hard to stop.
This is why we think it is better to set secure boundaries before you go too far. One tip can be to avoid touching the ‘swimsuit area’, and restrict kissing and cuddling only to when you are standing or sitting.
